Galantainteriors use www.galantainteriors.ie and www.galantainteriors.com domains for our online business. By using these websites you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions laid down below. If for any reason you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you must immediately stop using this website.

www.galantainteriors.com and www.galantainteriors.ie websites are provided solely for your personal use.

SHOPPING

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations, and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your technical specifications of your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are always an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order on our website we will email you an acknowledgement detailing the product you have ordered. An order will be valid only after the payment is confirmed and our confirmation of products being in stock. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Galantainteriors will take place when your order has been dispatched. We will email you when your order has been dispatched. We always try to dispatch multiple orders together where possible but we reserve the right to dispatch multiple orders separately.

ORDERING BLINDS, CURTAINS, CURTAIN TRACKS AND/OR MAKE TO ORDER

When you are placing an order for a product from Blinds, Curtains, Curtain Tracks and/or Make to Order categories, we will ask for a 50% deposit to be paid, so we could proceed with your order. The advance deposit is to be paid after a mutual agreement about all details of the order, including products and price. We will then ask for remaining of the price to be paid when your order will be ready and before being dispatched for delivery. The deposit is non-refundable if the order is being cancelled by the customer. If for any reason our circumstances change and we can no longer make the products for you, we will refund your full deposit in due course.

 

STOCK SHORTAGES

We aim to keep accurate records of stock on the website. We also reserve the rights if your item is no longer in stock, and we will contact to acknowledge you should this be the case. We will either offer an alternative delivery date or offer a refund. You can, of course, choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time.

PAYMENT

We accept online payments by majority of cards, e.g., VISA, MasterCard, American Express. We use secure Stripe services to process payments for online purchases. We also accept bank transfers and cash.

For orders that include items in stock, payment must be made in full before the goods can be dispatched.

For orders that require an advance deposit, the reminder full payment is required when the order is confirmed ready and prior the products being dispatched and delivered.

DELIVERY

Delivery within the Republic of Ireland are done through An Post and for sized items we would use courier services. We potentially could deliver ourselves in Dublin and proximity area for an additional charge. Delivery outside Republic of Ireland will be provided by efficient trustworthy couriers.

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timelines. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example extreme weather, a flood or fire or any other courier issues. Galantainteriors shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timelines.

We endeavour to keep our shipping costs low. We know how much our customers love our quality items and how much they dislike additional costs. Our shipping page and shopping basket will advise the shipping cost at the time your order is placed. The customers can also contact us to discuss any alternative delivery options might be.

ORDER CANCELATION 

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed and it has not been dispatched, please contact Galantainteriors - email us at info@galantainteriors.com
It is our policy to try to process orders and requests as soon as possible; however, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. If your order has been dispatched our Returns Policy will apply. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products as set out in our Returns Policy.

RETURN POLICY

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us within 28 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with garment tags and do not remove tags still attached. Please use the original box and original packaging where possible.

If the item you received from us will not be returned in same condition as was dispatched from us return policy doesn´t apply.

Return policy do not apply for customised Blinds, Curtains, Curtain Tracks and Make to Order items, unless the products are faulty.

We may email customers who have registered with us to find out about our latest products and special offers. If you prefer not to receive emails from us, you can click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the end of our emails.
